Terms & Condition
Production Time: Normal in-house is 10 working days from the approval of the preproduction sample and receipt of the blank printable goods. Rush service is available at the following rates:

3 days-35%
2 days-50%
1 day-100%
same day- 200%

Minimum Order & Less Than Minimum Charge: Minimum Order LTM Charge
Straight PMS colors 36 pc $30.00 for the first 4 colors ($10.00 ea. additional color)
Four Color Process 300 pc $150.00 for the first 4 colors ($15.00 ea. additional color)
Simulated colors 36pc $150.00

Reorders: Reorders are charged by quantity of the pending order, not by the original order quantity.

Screen Set-Up Charges: Screen set up charges are $30.00 per color, per position for solid color call-out jobs. Four Color Process, Half tones and Over-sized screens are $35.00 per color per position. (Screens will be kept on file for two calendar years after last use. If you wish to reorder a design that exceeded this time frame, new Screen Charges will apply. Screens remain the property of Promotional Graphics.)

Preproduction Samples: One preproduction sample will be provided with each NEW order of at least 300pc. (At no charge) if sufficient time is provided by client. For orders less than 300pc. A press check is suggested. If a preproduction sample is requested on any order less than 300pc. It will be billed same as Less Then Minimum charges.

If changes are made and an additional preproduction sample is requested you will incur a Preproduction Re-set up charge.  No preproduction sample will be provided on reorders. If one is requested it will be billed as a Preproduction Sample Re-set up.

PLEASE NOTE: A response to each preproduction sample must be make within 8 working hours of delivery to avoid a press holding fee. (Billed at $60.00 per hour held after the first eight)

Over Runs and Under Runs: Orders are subject to a 10% over/under run minimum.

Misprints: Industry standards allow for 2% misprints per location on all Garment Contract printing. It is suggested that you provide extra blanks if you require an exact delivery amount.

Cancellation Charges: Orders canceled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Minimum Billing: All orders must have a minimum billing of $50.00. Any orders  (or reorders) which do not meet this minimum will be billed as $50.00.

Terms: First time orders require a 50% deposit with the balance being paid C.O.D. All customers must complete a credit application to be considered for open account. Allow 3 weeks for processing. Upon Credit approval, terms are Net 30. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Resale Certificates: Please provide us with resale certificate (signed) with your purchase order.
